Niks Is Mooi

Directed by Dani Jose De Carvalho, Niks Is Mooi (Nothing Is Beautiful) is a silent short-film, which portraits a young couple always seeking new impulses and completion in their relationship. It invites the watcher to learn to appreciate the art of ‘nothing’. Together with Mees Blankevoort, I made a composition for the film that supports this idea, with a minimal instrumentation of a Eurorack synthesizer (me) and piano (Mees).
